Comandante C40 Lab Series Nitro Blade

Burrs are usually treated as standardized commodity items, hidden inside the grinder and rarely celebrated. But burr geometry may hold the key to hidden taste potential that roast curves and brew methods can’t reveal. For over a decade, Comandante® founder Bernd Braune has developed innovative conical burr concepts, and our engineers at the Bavarian Burr Lab push the limits of machining technology to realize them. The Lab Series gives you more freedom to experiment and discover what tastes best to you
