Indonesia Flores Manggarai
This coffee comes from the Flores Manggarai region in eastern Indonesia, where coffee is produced mainly by smallholder farmers in mountainous areas. The plantations are located at elevations of approximately 1,200–1,600 meters above sea level and are characterized by volcanic soils and stable humidity. These conditions contribute to dense beans with strong flavor complexity potential. The coffee is processed using anaerobic fermentation, during which cherries ferment in sealed tanks with controlled oxygen levels. This method enhances sweetness, highlights fruity characteristics, and creates a more structured and expressive profile. The light roast is tailored for filter brewing, preserving aromatic clarity, acidity, and flavor transparency.
