Decaffeination is carried out using a gentle process designed to preserve the coffee’s original flavor profile. During caffeine removal, the bean structure and aromatic potential are maintained without the use of aggressive chemical solvents. The finished cup shows a fruity character with a texture reminiscent of fruit mousse. The coffee remains balanced, with a smooth body and a clean aftertaste.
