Coffee
Brazil Cerrado
This coffee comes from the Cerrado region of Brazil, one of the country’s largest and most technologically advanced coffee-growing areas. The region features a plateau landscape, clearly defined seasons, and a stable climate, allowing for uniform cherry ripening. Plantations are located at elevations of approximately 800–1,200 meters above sea level, contributing to consistent and dense beans. The coffee is processed using anaerobic fermentation, during which cherries ferment in sealed tanks with controlled oxygen levels. This approach enhances sweetness and adds depth and structure to the flavor profile. The light roast is tailored for filter brewing, preserving flavor clarity, aromatic definition, and balance.
