Colombia Huila Medium

This coffee comes from the Huila region of Colombia, one of the country’s most recognized and consistently high-quality coffee-growing areas. The region’s high-altitude terrain and favorable climate support even cherry maturation. The coffee is processed using the washed method, where cherries are depulped immediately after harvest and undergo controlled fermentation followed by washing and drying. This process creates a clean and transparent flavor profile. The medium roast is designed to maintain balance between sweetness, acidity, and body. In the cup, the coffee presents an even, well-balanced character with a clean finish.
