Coffee
Base Blend
Brazil Mogiana is a classic Brazilian coffee from the Mogiana region, known for its stability, sweet profile, and low acidity. The Mundo Novo variety is a natural hybrid of Typica and Bourbon, giving it a good balance of body, sweetness, and productivity. In the cup, it typically shows notes of chocolate, nuts, caramel, and light fruity hints, with a smooth, round taste and a full body. Uganda Robusta is an important commercial coffee grown throughout Uganda, mainly at altitudes of 900–1400 m. It is a species of Coffea canephora, known for its resistance to heat and disease and its high yield, which is why it is widely used in blends and instant coffee, although specialty Robusta is also developing. Cup profile: dark chocolate, cocoa, nuts, woody, and sometimes earthy notes; low acidity, full body, and a bitter finish.
